Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HyperScale, provided at app.hyperscale.net. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

HyperScale operates parts of your advertising workflow autonomously: it reads your connected ad account, runs creative experiments inside dedicated campaigns, and performs the campaign-management actions you configure and approve. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your ad accounts, ad spend, and advertising content.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority over the ad accounts you connect, comply with Meta's advertising policies, and review the actions the product surfaces for your approval. Budget caps and campaign designations you set are controls you are responsible for maintaining.

Fees

The service is free to start. Paid usage is billed from a prepaid wallet as described in-product at the time of purchase. Ad spend itself is billed to you by Meta, not by us.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control; we do not guarantee results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.
